MY STORY

How I started

 

What started out as a fun girl's night out at a cake decorating class has now blossomed into Tina's Cake Emporium.  I've been baking ever since I was little, subjecting my poor father to my creations and my poor mother to the clean up.  I was making Bismarks at age 14 for Dad and quickly became the family holiday baker once I got a little older.  But now with some actual lessons under my belt and using our co-workers as test subjects, along with my favorite, test subject Jordan, it's now time for me to bring my tried and true recipes to you.

I have flavors that range from your classic Yellow and Chocolate through to candy flavors like Snickers, fun flavors like Orange Creamsicle and Root Beer Float to adult flavors like Mudslide or even a Fuzzy Navel.  I'm always trying to come up with something new and exciting while keeping the classics just that.  All cakes and cupcakes are made fresh and made to order and the work goes really smooth as long as there is classic rock playing in the kitchen.
